After you voted to break the tie, a winner has finally been chosen. Kelly Madole of Middletown, PA is the lucky winner of the worst App Incubator submission vote of 2009 and creator of “The Crap App.” Her app idea would allow you to snap photos of different bowel movements around the world and upload it to a collective network for all users to view, comment, discuss and enjoy.
She will receive a handsome prize along with the prestigious A-For-Effort award. Because even if you fail, you still succeeded in trying.
